This is a great file management app for iPad. It helps you manage your files on mobile device. It provides you document viewing feature so that you can view your documents on the go, no matter you are at home or traveling abroad. You can add files to the app's document folder through iTunes and use the file open button of the app to load them. Please see instruction in the help page of the app about how to add files through iTunes to the app if you are not familiar with it already. You can also use the app to open files you received as your email attachment. Just press and hold on the attachment in you email app, and choose this app from the pop-up list, the app would be launched automatically. Or you can use it to open files from third party file management app, like DropBox, etc. The app provides you file sorting features so that you can find your document quickly. You can sort by file name or file creation time. If you have too many files in the app's folder, you can use delete button of the app to remove the files you don't need any more. The app supports folders so that you can create folders and put files for different project in different folder. If you don't need a folder anymore, you can use the app to remove it. The app provides zip and unzip function. You can use it to zip / unzip compressed files in .zip format. The app also tells you information about your files, for instance, the size and creation time of the files. The app also provides you file renaming function. If you need share files with your friend, coworker, client or partner, you can use in-app email feature to send your file out as email attachment. The app provides native support for you to view documents in many different formats, including Microsoft Words (.doc, .docx), Excel (.xls, .xlsx), PowerPoint(.ppt, .pptx), Apple Numbers (.numbers), Pages(.pages), Keynote(.key), Adobe PDF (.pdf) and multimedia files including image (.png and .jpg) and video (.mov,.mp4,.3gp).
